Pre-certified diamonds are independently graded by the world's leading laboratories. They come with authentication certificates that are your guarantee that the diamond you purchase is exactly to the quoted specifications.

Is it safe to buy on-line, or over the telephone?

At J.E.Marlow, all transactions are processed through a secure site run via Barclay's Bank, therefore ensuring total security. Cost savings are significant as the purchaser is buying direct from the manufacturer, and thus eliminating the profit added by wholesalers and retailers. You may prefer to order over the telephone, and our consultants will be happy to assist you with this.

Is there a retail outlet so I can view before I buy?

Yes. We have 2 stores in the heart of Birmingham 's Jewellery Quarter where you can browse in our air-conditioned showrooms. Our expert designers, diamond-graders, gemmologists, and consultants will be on hand to answer any questions.

What is the lead-time on orders?

As manufacturers, we generally have all items shown on our website in stock, therefore your purchase is sent to you within 24 hours of payment being cleared.

What if I don't like the item I purchased?

We offer a complete money-back guarantee on all items purchased, or alternatively we will quite happily exchange for an alternative piece of jewellery, and should you require sizing on your ring, this is carried out completely free of charge.

Will I receive a valuation?

Yes, a valuation certificate for insurance purposes is supplied free of charge, together with the authentication certificate for the certified diamond.

How is my jewellery despatched?

We use the Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, which is totally secure, fully insured, and guarantees next-day delivery before 1pm (the item must be signed for). It will be delivered to you in a beautiful presentation box, complete with all of the associated paperwork.
